Finished product is tested for Gluten by an external UKAS accredited laboratory to a level of <20ppm and therefore declared as gluten free.
Although we are a PEANUT, NUT and SESAME FREE site and do not allow nuts, peanuts or sesame seeds on to site, some suppliers of spices use these ingredients within their factories and therefore cannot guarantee their absence.
