It was enjoyed by all at our gathering on Sunday and you were right, – it didn’t taste any different from an ordinary cake which made our two gluten-sensitive family, very impressed. I bought your your Custard Tarts from my local Waitrose on New Years eve, i have'nt had them for over 10 years which was before i was diagnosed with coeliac disease. I nearly cried they were so good. I have been telling everybody i know how good they are. My daughter was so excited when i told her and can't wait to get some. I kmow it soind's silly but when you find something G.F that is good and does'nt fall to pieces it's a big deal. So thankyou soo much for the yummy Custard Tarts. Xx
