    Found this pastry by accident in the freezer at Waitrose so I thought I'd give it a try. I've tried other brands but never found a pastry the came anywhere near regular pastry. This pastry is superb,not distinguishable as glutenfree,the texture on rolling was great,it didn't crumble and handled well. I made individual beef pies,the cooked pastry was light and tasty,just as I remembered pastry should be. I would recommend this pastry highly and only hope that at some stage you develop a puff pastry of equal quality

    I have just discovered this product. It is incredible! Easy to roll out, baked perfectly and tasted fabulous. I am not gluten intolerant but made it for my son, who was equally impressed. To be honest I thought it was better than Jusrol and many of the others I have tried. (and when baked did not have a 'soggy bottom'.)So all I can say is I will now use it as my pastry of choice.

    After years of trying I've just found a pastry that behaves itself!! A leek and cheese flan, didn't fall to pieces or have a soggy bottom. Wonderful!!!!

    Brilliant pastry. Works well to roll out. Made some tasty mince pies and stayed together even when I dropped one 6 inches coming out of tray to cool. Beautiful texture not crunchy like others. Thank you.

    I was given one of your coffee and walnut cakes a couple of weeks ago and it was absolutely delicious! So often gluten free cakes are very sweet but yours was not. This order is a result of my enjoying your cake so much.     I just wanted to send you all a massive thanks! I’ve only really spotted your sweet bits for sale in Waitrose and on Ocado, and FINALLY!!! I managed to get my hands on some Egg Custards with my Ocado Delivery - WOW!

    They immediately took me back to great times with my Grandad like 25+ Years ago when I could eat 'normally’, and he used to spoil me and my brother every weekend and walk us to the bakery to choose what we wanted - it was always one of these or a Custard slice for me!     I can only say ‘WOW’!!     I bought your your Custard Tarts from my local Waitrose on New Years eve, i have'nt had them for over 10 years which was before i was diagnosed with coeliac disease. I nearly cried they were so good. I have been telling everybody i know how good they are. My daughter was so excited when i told her and can't wait to get some.
