Lemon and Chia Cupcakes (Pack of 3)

My husband was delighted with his sample box containing cheese scones, meat pies, pork pie and coffee and walnut muffin. He has pronounced the selection wonderful and been delighted that he has had pork pie after 12 years of enforced abstinence. The cheese scones are light, fluffy and tasty and “I’m sorry, but much better than yours”!!

I can only say ‘WOW’!! I placed my first order with you on Monday at 2pm.It arrived today via FedEx at 10am.I can’t think of any other supplier I have dealt with who can achieve that level of service (even when the order is marked as urgent).So thank you for an amazing service. And yes I have sampled part of the order and the Victoria sponge muffin was delicious! A naughty treat but well worth the calories!

It is wonderful, I have been lactose intolerant since birth and gluten intolerant for about 8 years and pastry was the thing I missed the most. I called you on a Monday with a panic order for the Friday of the same week. You were very honest and reassuring…….The order arrived early on that Friday morning and was so well packaged and even had cold-packs to keep it fresh. I was able to get it covered and decorated and ready for the wedding…. You truly were a life saver and my client had the tasty gluten free cakes that they needed.

Your gluten free short crust pastry is the best ever!

I was given one of your coffee and walnut cakes a couple of weeks ago and it was absolutely delicious! So often gluten free cakes are very sweet but yours was not. This order is a result of my enjoying your cake so much. My father and husband both had a piece and declared it “very good” – they do not need to eat g/f so this was high praise indeed – particularly in the case of my father who is a real cake connoisseur.
