Ginger and Lemon Frosting Muffin

I just had to let you know about an order I recently made with you.It was delivered on time, exactly as the courier specified. Everything was still frozen and well packed.My husband and I had our first pies this evening. I had the chestnut mushroom and my husband had the steak and ale. Both really tasty and my husband said that it’s the best steak and ale pie he’s ever had. He’s 65 so he’s had a few!!!Really pleased with everything and I just wanted to say thank you.

It is wonderful, I have been lactose intolerant since birth and gluten intolerant for about 8 years and pastry was the thing I missed the most. My husband was delighted with his sample box containing cheese scones, meat pies, pork pie and coffee and walnut muffin. He has pronounced the selection wonderful and been delighted that he has had pork pie after 12 years of enforced abstinence. The cheese scones are light, fluffy and tasty and “I’m sorry, but much better than yours”!!

Just a brief word to say the cake arrived safely on Thursday last and the excellent packing ensured that it was not damaged in any way. It was enjoyed by all at our gathering on Sunday and you were right, – it didn’t taste any different from an ordinary cake which made our two gluten-sensitive family, very impressed. I can only say ‘WOW’!!
