Thank you so much, our order arrived as scheduled – wonderfully packed and still frozen solid. How nice to find a company who “goes the extra mile” striving to get it right… a first-class product with express delivery and very professional packaging.

Just a brief word to say the cake arrived safely on Thursday last and the excellent packing ensured that it was not damaged in any way. It was enjoyed by all at our gathering on Sunday and you were right, – it didn’t taste any different from an ordinary cake which made our two gluten-sensitive family, very impressed. I tried 2 of your gluten free products the egg custard and Bakewell tarts. They were both amazing they tasted like normal ones used to the crust was a delight to eat not too hard and I’ve not eaten an egg custard in 10 years. I can only say ‘WOW’!! I placed my first order with you on Monday at 2pm.It arrived today via FedEx at 10am.I can’t think of any other supplier I have dealt with who can achieve that level of service (even when the order is marked as urgent).So thank you for an amazing service. And yes I have sampled part of the order and the Victoria sponge muffin was delicious! A naughty treat but well worth the calories!

My husband was delighted with his sample box containing cheese scones, meat pies, pork pie and coffee and walnut muffin. He has pronounced the selection wonderful and been delighted that he has had pork pie after 12 years of enforced abstinence. The cheese scones are light, fluffy and tasty and “I’m sorry, but much better than yours”!!

I called you on a Monday with a panic order for the Friday of the same week. I just had to let you know about an order I recently made with you.It was delivered on time, exactly as the courier specified. Everything was still frozen and well packed.My husband and I had our first pies this evening. I had the chestnut mushroom and my husband had the steak and ale.
