These are a blast from my childhood past when I could eat gluten and my favourite bakery treat was a custard tart. The egg custard was perfect and pastry the best gluten free version I’ve tried in recent years. So happy my local Waitrose stocked these, I’d like to see them increase their range from here.

My husband was delighted with his sample box containing cheese scones, meat pies, pork pie and coffee and walnut muffin. He has pronounced the selection wonderful and been delighted that he has had pork pie after 12 years of enforced abstinence. I was given one of your coffee and walnut cakes a couple of weeks ago and it was absolutely delicious! So often gluten free cakes are very sweet but yours was not.
