Thank you so much, our order arrived as scheduled – wonderfully packed and still frozen solid. How nice to find a company who “goes the extra mile” striving to get it right… a first-class product with express delivery and very professional packaging.

I called you on a Monday with a panic order for the Friday of the same week. You were very honest and reassuring…….The order arrived early on that Friday morning and was so well packaged and even had cold-packs to keep it fresh. I was able to get it covered and decorated and ready for the wedding…. You truly were a life saver and my client had the tasty gluten free cakes that they needed.

Many thanks for the GF Christmas Cakes it was the best cake we have had in years. Even all the non GF friends loved it, have just ordered a Birthday Cake for my Dads Bday in January

I placed my first order with you on Monday at 2pm.It arrived today via FedEx at 10am.I can’t think of any other supplier I have dealt with who can achieve that level of service (even when the order is marked as urgent).So thank you for an amazing service. I just had to let you know about an order I recently made with you.It was delivered on time, exactly as the courier specified. Everything was still frozen and well packed.My husband and I had our first pies this evening. I had the chestnut mushroom and my husband had the steak and ale. Both really tasty and my husband said that it’s the best steak and ale pie he’s ever had. He’s 65 so he’s had a few!!!Really pleased with everything and I just wanted to say thank you.

My husband was delighted with his sample box containing cheese scones, meat pies, pork pie and coffee and walnut muffin. He has pronounced the selection wonderful and been delighted that he has had pork pie after 12 years of enforced abstinence. The cheese scones are light, fluffy and tasty and “I’m sorry, but much better than yours”!!

I bought your your Custard Tarts from my local Waitrose on New Years eve, i have'nt had them for over 10 years which was before i was diagnosed with coeliac disease. I nearly cried they were so good. I have been telling everybody i know how good they are. My daughter was so excited when i told her and can't wait to get some. I kmow it soind's silly but when you find something G.F that is good and does'nt fall to pieces it's a big deal. So thankyou soo much for the yummy Custard Tarts. Xx

I just wanted to send you all a massive thanks! I’ve only really spotted your sweet bits for sale in Waitrose and on Ocado, and FINALLY!!! I managed to get my hands on some Egg Custards with my Ocado Delivery - WOW!

They immediately took me back to great times with my Grandad like 25+ Years ago when I could eat 'normally’, and he used to spoil me and my brother every weekend and walk us to the bakery to choose what we wanted - it was always one of these or a Custard slice for me! Thanks for making such an epic product (I love the Bakewell’s too) And now I’ve found your online presence I’m sure I’ll be stocking up once I run down again in the near future! I tried 2 of your gluten free products the egg custard and Bakewell tarts. They were both amazing they tasted like normal ones used to the crust was a delight to eat not too hard and I’ve not eaten an egg custard in 10 years. You are the first company I’ve found that makes them I’m sure my waistline will suffer for your excellence. Thank you.
