It is wonderful, I have been lactose intolerant since birth and gluten intolerant for about 8 years and pastry was the thing I missed the most. I have made the most wonderful mince pies with your pastry and I am thrilled, I can't wait to get my hands on some more and make some more delights.

I tried 2 of your gluten free products the egg custard and Bakewell tarts. They were both amazing they tasted like normal ones used to the crust was a delight to eat not too hard and I’ve not eaten an egg custard in 10 years. Your gluten free short crust pastry is the best ever!

I was given one of your coffee and walnut cakes a couple of weeks ago and it was absolutely delicious! So often gluten free cakes are very sweet but yours was not. This order is a result of my enjoying your cake so much. My father and husband both had a piece and declared it “very good” – they do not need to eat g/f so this was high praise indeed – particularly in the case of my father who is a real cake connoisseur.
